Our Veterinary Services
At AHA we love animals of all shapes and sizes and strongly believe that pets are a part of the family. Our doctors and staff are committed to providing the best veterinary care possible for all of our patients. The following is an overview of the services AHA offers to promote the lifelong health of our patients. Please contact our office regarding any services not listed below.
Appointment Policy
To allow sufficient time for all patients and scheduled surgeries, we operate primarily by appointment. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is possible.
If for any reason you will be late or can not make your appointment time, please call. We will make every attempt to work you in as soon as possible, however, rescheduling may be necessary.
Patient Arrival
For your protection and that of other AHA clients, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area. All cats must travel in an appropriate cat carrier, on a leash or held in arms.
Please inform us PRIOR to entering the clinic of any suspected cummunicable diseases your pet may have such as kennel cough or parvo.
Payment Policy
At AHA we strive to provide the best veterinary care possible for our patients. In order to maintain our up-to-date facilities, products, and equipment we must adequately charge for our services. We make every attempt to maintain reasonable fees without sacrificing our level of veterinary care.
Payment is required in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and CareCredit. You will receive an itemized invoice after each visit. We can provide itemized estimates for all proposed procedures and services requested. We always encourage discussion of financial concerns prior to procedures and treatments. If your pet is in need of hospitalization, a deposit of half the estimate is due at the time of admission. The remaining balance is due at the time of discharge.
