To schedule an appointment, ask a question, or make a payment, please call us during regular business hours at (989) 773-3434

BUSINESS HOURS: Our regular in person business hours are: Monday thru Thursdays 8:00-5:00 and Friday’s: 8:00-4:00. If you are trying to contact us between the hours of 8:00am-8:30am or 12:00-2:00pm, the answering service will pick up. We are open during the lunch hour for in person assistance.

*Beginning on 03/09/2026 we will impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount of credit cards, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. This surcharge will NOT be applied to debit cards.

MEDICATION REFILLS: For medication refills please allow 24-48 hours to process medications. Weekend and Holidays may take more time, so please plan accordingly. Watch our facebook site for updates and information.
